  1. please make a form that works like an application to a club.
  2. your application must use AT LEAST 4 different input types
  3. save your file as clubapplication.html
  4. part of this is to think about what questions you would want to to ask to someone who wants to join a club. There isn't a perfectly correct answer but your answer should make sense.
  5. email me the file (attach the file clubapplication.html to an email).
  6. ask a question on our class discussion board if you have any questions!!

I will assess you formatively today, and make a professional judgement to what extentConsider the merits or otherwise of an argument or concept. Opinions and conclusions should be presented clearly and supported with appropriate evidence and sound argument. you understand our learning material. I will use observation, your written work, answers to questions, and contribution to class discussions as data to make my decisions.

I will also ask you to complete a self-assessment which I will use to help me guage how well you think you understand our material in class.
