A semantic networka group or system of interconnected people or things., or frame networka group or system of interconnected people or things., is a networka group or system of interconnected people or things. that represents semantic relations between concepts. This is often used as a form of knowledge representation. It is a directed or undirected graph consisting of vertices, which represent concepts, and edges, which represent semantic relations between concepts.[2]

What makes a good knowledge representation

  2. Exposes natural constraints
  3. Excludes extraneous details
  4. It is transparent, concise, complete, fast, computatable
