Next steps[edit]

how many days a week he trains, and he will get a balanced full body workout schedule for each day he's training;...

But isn't working out linked to a goal? If I want to lose weight, I will work out a certain way. If I want to bulk-up, then I will have a different kind of workout. Where do people put in their goals? This will add complexity to your project, but simply entering the number of days you workout seems narrow.
