What are we going to learn today?[edit]
- You will review our main classroom
- You will be introduced to computer organization, a major topic of interest in computer science
- You will define the terms: bit, byte, binary, denary/decimal, hexadecimal.
- You will be able outline the way in which data is represented in the computer.

- I strongly suggest you watch the video found at Computer organization. Our first major exploration will be computer organization, which answers the question "how do computers work?".
- This is not a required homework assignment.
- The video is about one hour long.
