You write:

        * What kind of exercises do you want?
        * What is specific goal?
        * How often do you to exercise for a week?
        * What kind of food should or shouldn't eat?
        * Why do you want to do diet?

EACH one of these will create a branching condition that will force you to deliver a different plan. I think this is great! However, you will need to CAREFULLY plan when you get to the planning stage.
