Bartek,
I would like you to think of ONE system that your business will require in order to run smoothly. Perhaps it is a tool to manage sales, or maybe inventory, or maybe vendors? Perhaps you need a tool to manage payroll, or your finances? Please read this, and choose ONE system to design to support your company. You might want to think about a CRM.
