Yes I will have a database of websites. Rather than categories like cats, dogs, etc; I think I will try categorise them through restriction such as epileptic, etc. On good reason for it is that the user does not know why what do they search for. Another good reason, as already mention would be for warnings such as a website which would contain epileptic content; and if someone would be vulnerable to epilepsy one would be warned.

Yes I will have a database of websites. Rather than categories like cats, dogs, etc; I think I will try categorise them through restriction such as epileptic, etc. On good reason for it is that the user does not know why what do they search for. This is a great start. I have read your project, and I think I understand what you are doing (and I think it is a good idea). I would like to know how you imagine this looking to an end-user. In design language, this is called a mockup. Can you please make a mockup for me? You can use this tool, or simply a piece of paper. Please let me know what you want to do before you do it.
